If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 15 days of receiving it. Our customers are our top priority, as they are the driving force behind our success.

We have observed that a significant portion of returns stem from ordering the wrong size. This is often due to the discrepancy between domestic size charts across regions. While we sell globally, it is not feasible to maintain region-specific size charts. To mitigate this issue, we strongly advise our customers to carefully consult our size chart before making a purchase. This will help avoid the inconvenience of returns and exchanges. In addition to our standard return policy, please note the following rules:

No Returns or refunds will be accepted after the 15-day return window has elapsed.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items with confirmed sizes.

Items priced below $99 USD are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for Hoodies below 99 usd.

No refunds will be issued for custom-made jackets.

Following is our Return & Exchange Policy:

If you wish to return any item purchased from us, please observe the following:

Please email us at [email protected] about the defective merchandise you have received or if you wish to change your size and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number (Please be aware that without RMA we might not be able to accept returns)We will reply to your email with return instructions.Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will either refund or exchange it as per the customer’s requirements.

Guidelines For Refund And Returns

Please note that returned items MUST be unused, in the original condition/packaging they were received in, and with all the tags and labels attached.Please return your items with an insured postal service or courier to avoid loss due to the item being lost as realeatherjackets.com cannot be held liable for the missing items in transit for returns from buyers.Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless they have received something Significantly not as described.

Please note: If the buyer selects the wrong size so we will not be responsible at all.

Refund Options

Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.

For the refunds, we have the following options:

Money Back (The same method used to pay, whether PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payment)Discount on the next purchase (up to 50%)Gift certificate (Could be used for next purchase)

Please note that Custom (Made to measure) items, discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

However, if a custom-made item has to be altered, we could do it for FREE if the buyer pays for both-way shipping charges. This doesn’t apply for discounted/promotional items or items on grand sale.

During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

In case of a refund request due to a mind change, the cost of shipping will NOT be refunded which again will be between $18 to $54 according to the location of the buyer in the world even if the shipping is FREE for the item.
